When we search for infected data through the Internet we download files automatically from trackers in our database. Our organization respects creative people and doesn't want any of their rights to be infringed. But it is beyond our abilities to detect whether files we download are copyrighted or not.
As our engine downloads the data and checks it, it may be noticed by other organizations that monitor Internet activity. Our actions may be regarded as unlawful which is not so indeed. We have only limited amount of hard disc space therefore we are not able to store the data we download for a long time.
All the files we get are for examination purposes only. Our system does not distibute any of the downloaded data because we do not have any right, opportunity and desire to do so. The only action we perform is scanning to find any harmful piece of code inside these digital data and notify people of the danger.
